2024-2025 SCHOOL BOARD MEETING NOTICES
The School Board of the Litchville Marion School District (hereafter referred to as "governing body") will be holding a regular meeting on April 14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at 104 2nd Street, Marion, North Dakota. At the time this notice is being prepared, the governing body expects the agenda of its meeting to include the following topics:
Buildings and Grounds
Executive Session – Pursuant to NDCC Sec. 44-04-(19.1)-(19.2), the governing body will obtain its attorney’s consultation and advice regarding the risks, strengths, or weaknesses of an action or negotiating strategy, and/or regarding reasonably predictable civil litigation; and
Consideration of proposed Settlement Agreement and Pierringer Release between the School District and MAP, Inc. and Ciavarella Design, Inc.
