The unofficial results of the Litchville - Marion School Board election that was held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 in Litchville are as follows: 20 voters voted. Krista Johnson and Kyle Severance each rec'd 20 votes for reelection for 3 year terms. The question to publish the proceedings of the the school board minutes rec'd 20 votes, 19 yes and 1 no. The Litchville - Marion School District will be unloading trailers on Monday, May 15, 23 at 9:00 AM at the elementary in Litchville for the online auction being held Wednesday, June 7, 2023 to June 14, 2023. If you could help, we would appreciate it.
We also will be cleaning some of the items coming in once in the gym. We have everything needed, except pails. If you would like to help, we would gladly welcome any and all help.

Captiveaire Cooking Hood with type 1 Ansul system hood is 102” long x 42” plus about a 12” area in front on top wide and approximately 2’ tall has lights; Masterbilt Refrigerator Cooler which is 52” long x 45-1/2” tall and 33-1/2” deep, this fridge is on wheels. Vulcan Double 0ven with cooktop and grill couple of the top burners do not work, measures 42” wide x 37” to top of cook surface x 60” to the top of back and is 63” long. All items are sold as is and are in nice working condition. Buyer must remove from LMHS In Marion the week of May 22, 2023 to May 26, 2023. LITCHVILLE-MARION SCHOOL DISTRICT #46 ELECTION, JUNE 6, 2023
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, the annual election of the Litchville-Marion Public School District #46 will be held for the purpose of electing two members as directors.
One director shall be from Geographical Area #1, which is all the area that lies north of North Dakota Highway 46 and West of a North-South line 1 mile West of Barnes County Highway 11. Krista Johnson has filed for this position.
One director shall be from Geographical Area #4, which is all the area that lies south of North Dakota highway 46 and West of the East borders of Sheridan, Grandview and Grand Rapids Townships. Kyle Severance has filed for this position
There will be one polling place, located at the Litchville-Marion Elementary School located at 304 6th Avenue, Litchville, ND 58461. Patrons from all Geographical Area’s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 will vote here. A valid ID is required by everyone voting, valid ID must include the voter’s name, residential address and date of birth. People without a valid ID will not be allowed to vote.
Also on the ballot will be the question of publishing the proceedings of the Litchville-Marion School Board in the official newspaper for 2 years. A “yes” vote will mean records should be published. A “no” vote will mean records shall not be published.
The Poll will open at 11:00 am and close at 7:00 pm.

The Litchville-Marion school district is offering high grade laminate for sale. Gray color, approximately 550 square feet. The flooring is located at the high school in Marion and will have to be removed by the buyer by May19,2023. This is a high grade of laminate purchased from Valley Flooring in 2021. This room saw very little traffic. Please pm a bid. Payment is due within 2 days of auction end or bidding will be opened up again. The Litchville-Marion School District retains the right to reject any and all bids. Please remember when offering a bid it is up to the buyer to remove the flooring. Bids will be taken until Monday, April 3, 2023 @ 4:00 pm.
